Refund Policy

Last updated: June 2026

At Send A Tribute, we’re a small and growing product, and our focus is simple: making sure customers feel happy with what they receive.

We care deeply about customer satisfaction and we’ll always do our best to resolve any issues fairly and quickly.

Personalised Digital Products

Because our products are personalised digital tributes (including digital cards and tribute videos), they are usually created specifically for you and your group. For this reason, refunds are not automatically available once a tribute has been created or delivered.

That said, we’re still in our early foundation stage, and we understand that things don’t always go perfectly. We will always consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, and our priority is finding a fair outcome and making things right wherever possible.

Our Approach

  • We want every customer to feel genuinely happy with their tribute
  • If something isn’t right, we’ll aim to fix it or improve it first
  • Refunds may be offered where there is a genuine issue or service failure
  • We remain flexible as we continue to improve the product and experience

When We May Offer a Refund

  • Duplicate or incorrect charges
  • Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved
  • Failure to deliver the product due to an error on our side
  • Orders that have not significantly entered production

Timeframe

Refund requests should be made within 14 days of purchase so we can resolve issues quickly.
