Send A Tribute allows customers to create digital tributes, cards and videos and invite others to contribute messages, photos and videos.
By using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Keeping tribute links and passwords secure
- Ensuring you have permission to upload content
- Ensuring contributions do not infringe the rights of others
Acceptable Use
You must not upload or share content that:
- Is unlawful
- Is abusive, threatening or defamatory
- Infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
- Contains malware or harmful software
- Violates the privacy of another person
We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these Terms.
Payments
Prices are displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.
Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of digital tributes, refunds are generally not available once a tribute has been created and delivered.
However, if there is a technical issue caused by us, please contact us and we will work to resolve the problem or provide an appropriate remedy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Availability
We aim to keep our service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may update, modify or discontinue features from time to time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Send A Tribute shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
We may suspend or remove access where these Terms are breached.
